All travel services are to be requested through «Territory 007» main office in Moscow. The reservations should be made in written form by e-mail: welcome@territory007.com or by requesting form on web.

The request should contain the following information:

• the number of party (adults, kids) 
• full names 
• dates of arrival and departure
• cities and places to be visited
• special personal preferences

Prices

We confirm prices on your request, all rates are net and quoted in EURO, including VAT. We do not include tips, porters, any personal expenses. All rates are subject to confirmation and availability.

Changes

INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL
FIT terms of payment: Payment should be made in advance at least 7 days prior to client (s)arrival date to the destination. In case of delay the booking will be cancelled.

FIT cancellation charges: Cancellation without penalty should be made at least 3 calendar days before arrival date but not later than 10:00 a.m. Moscow time. For arrivals on Saturday, Sunday and Monday cancellation without penalty should be made on Friday before 12:00 Moscow time. Late cancellation and «no-show» are subject to 100% cancellation fee for all services ordered for the first arrival date.

GROUP TRAVEL
Group terms of payment: Full payment for the group should reach be done at least 30 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival date in Russia (if not stated otherwise in confirmation). If full payment is not registered in time, we reserve the right to cancel confirmed services.

Group cancellation charges: In case of cancellation of a tour the Client shall pay the following penalties: cancellation made 15 days prior to the group arrival date is free of charge, 14-3 days — 50% of p/p tour cost, less than 3 days or «no-show» — 100% of p/p tour cost. Cancellation policy for hotels varies at any particular case (to be stated in confirmation).

Methods of payments: bank transfer or by credit card (we accept VISA, Master Class, Diners Club).
